We specialise in luxury bespoke journeys across Kenya and the wider East African region — including wildlife safaris, beach retreats, cultural tours, mountain adventures and corporate/group travel. Every itinerary is tailored to match your interests, budget and travel style.

Simply contact us via our website enquiry form, email or phone. Share your desired dates, number of travellers, preferred destinations and any special interests. We’ll send a proposed itinerary and quote, with full inclusions and exclusions. Once you approve, a deposit secures your booking.

Absolutely. Personalising your experience is at the heart of what we do. Tell us your travel priorities, whether that’s photography, family-friendly travel, honeymoon, adventure or relaxation — and we’ll build an itinerary around you.

A standard full-service tour package with us usually includes accommodations (lodges/camps/hotels), ground transport, one of our expert guides, most meals (as specified), park/reserve entry fees, bottled water and scheduled activities. Flights (international or domestic) and travel insurance are generally not included unless stated.

Kenya is a year-round destination, but the “best time” depends on your interests:

  • July to October: peak wildlife viewing and the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara.

  • November to early March: green season, lush landscapes, fewer crowds.

  • April–May: heavier rains, fewer visitors, often better rates but some parks harder to access.
We’ll help you select the best period based on your priorities.

  • Passport valid for at least six months beyond your arrival in Kenya.

  • Many visitors will need to apply for a Kenyan e-Travel Authorisation (eTA) — we’ll advise you based on your nationality.

  • Yellow fever vaccination is required for travellers arriving from certain countries; malaria prophylaxis and standard immunisations are strongly advised. Always check with your doctor prior to travel.

Yes — we welcome advance notice of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergy-free or other dietary requirements. We’ll collaborate with our accommodation and catering partners to ensure your meals suit your needs. For mobility, accessibility or other special requests, let us know during planning so we can recommend suitable lodges, transport and support.

Our cancellation terms vary by itinerary, transport type (road/flight) and lodges booked. At the time of booking we’ll provide you with a clear cancellation schedule, including any non-refundable deposits or penalties. We also strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies and evacuation.

Yes — we love crafting family-friendly journeys. From tailored wildlife safaris where children can learn and explore, to beach stays ideal for younger guests, we’ll ensure your family’s comfort and safety. Child rates apply and we can provide activities suitable for younger travellers.

Tipping is discretionary but a valued practice in Kenya. We suggest you set aside a small daily amount for guides, lodge staff and drivers (for example USD 10-15 per person per day), though the exact amount is at your discretion. We’ll provide guidance closer to your departure date.

While we cannot legally force it, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including evacuation coverage. Many lodges and camps in remote areas may require proof of insurance before check-in.

Our vehicles are modern 4×4 jeeps (or suitable alternatives) equipped for game drive terrain, comfortable seats with large windows and open-roof options for wildlife viewing and photography. Accommodations range from luxury lodges and tented camps to high-end hotels close to reserves. We choose quality partners that reflect our standards of service, comfort and authenticity.

We’ll send you a detailed packing list tailored to your itinerary, but here’s a quick overview:

  • Neutral-coloured, lightweight clothing, layers for early mornings and evenings.

  • Comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and insect repellent.

  • A high-zoom camera or smartphone with extra battery/storage.

  • Travel-adapter, reusable water bottle, basic medications.

  • For beach stays: swimwear, cover-up, snorkelling gear (optional).

  • For safari: binoculars strongly recommended.

We provide 24/7 contact support. If you have any issues — transport delays, accommodation concerns, itinerary adjustments or health enquiries — you can call or message our emergency line. Our priority is your safety, comfort and satisfaction.
